Celebrate Mothering Sunday at Wivenhoe House with by treating mum to afternoon tea in the lounge or a traditional roast dinner in the brasserie including something for Mum
Dating back to just before Wivenhoe House was built, Mothering Sunday was celebrated annually on the fourth Sunday of Lent (the 40 day period leading up to Easter) to honor mothers.
