As part of The 2018 Roman River Festival, one of the world’s foremost choral leaders, Dominic Ellis-Peckham, will conduct the Band of the Parachute Regiment (based in Colchester’s Merville Barracks), the Colchester Military Wives Choir, young brass players, the Roman River Come & Sing! Choir, the 100 years’ choir and primary school pupils in the culmination of our most ambitious schools’ and community project
