Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid exclusively for new wedding bookings and cannot be applied to existing or previously confirmed bookings.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, packages, promotions or special offers
Booking Confirmation & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit of £1000.00 has been paid and a signed contract has been returned.
All other payments follow the venue’s standard wedding payment schedule, unless otherwise stated.
Minimum Guest Numbers / Package Requirements
The offer may be subject to minimum guest numbers or specific package inclusions.
Non-Transferability
The offer is non-transferable to alternative dates, events or clients.
Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation terms apply:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, we must be notified in writing. Wivenhoe House Hotel Limited will keep the deposit on all bookings cancelled.
Venue Rights
The venue reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time before a booking is confirmed.
In the event of circumstances outside the venue’s control (e.g., force majeure), the venue reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments.
