The Garden Suite

With three spacious rooms that can be separated by removable partitioned walls, the Garden Suite offers a flexible setting for larger meetings and conferences.

Each section has easy access to a private courtyard, giving your team the opportunity to step outside for some fresh air throughout the day. Inside, glass doors let in plenty of natural light, with views over the courtyard.

You’ll get the usual meeting necessities like flat-screen TVs for audio-visual equipment, as well as some handy extras, including a built-in bar, on-hand support from our Meetings and Events team, and the option for lunch and refreshments served within the suite or within an alternative breakout room.

The suite is available for half-day hire of up to four hours or full-day hire of up to eight hours.

Depending on how much space you need, the Garden Suite can accommodate:

• All three sections: 60-120 seated or up to 200 standing
• One section: 14-40 seated or up to 60 standing
• Two sections: 28-80 seated or up to 120 standing

The Signatures & Drawing Room

Looking for somewhere with a little more character?

Forget fluorescent lights and minimalist features. Both the Signatures Room and Drawing Room combine high ceilings, sunlit bay windows, and period architecture with views over the surrounding beautiful parkland – a great way to spark your team’s creativity.

With space for up to 45 guests seated or 60 standing, it’s well-suited to meetings and events where you want to bring people together in a setting that feels far removed from your everyday office.

Our Breakfast Meeting Package is available for just £25 per person specifically for meetings between 7-11am. The package includes a full night of luxury overnight accommodation and a hearty English breakfast the following morning to start the working day right.
