- Somerset goat’s cheese, crisp apple and chicory salad, hazelnut dressing Fish
- Hampshire chalk stream trout, watercress, cucumber and horseradish
- Pumpkin ravioli, spring onion, pea and asparagus cream
Main
- Braised Dedham Vale feather blade steak, celeriac puree, bacon and parsnip crisp
- Wild mushroom and beetroot suet pudding, celeriac mash, balsamic onion gravy
