Working alongside Head Chef Simon Morris and his team the students will prepare classic dishes such as salmon and dill fishcakes, steak and kidney pudding and fruit crumble with custard. They will be guided by Restaurant Manager Lionel Lachasseigne and his team on service.
The menu at £15 per person will be 3 courses and includes tea or coffee. It will be served between 12 pm and 2 pm Monday to Friday from 1st April in the Alcove of the Brasserie.
