It’s a knockout from £1800
Entertaining and colourful games roadshows based on the 70s and 80s BBC television game show “It’s a Knockout”. Using inflatable obstacles, costumes, scenery, water, bubbles and lots of FUN, our Its A Knockout Shows provide great team building packages
There are four packages available with the Mini Knockout package recommended for Team Building events. This includes 6 different games taking place over a couple of hours with 8 teams of 8 available to take part.
Introduction to chocolate and tempering
Chappel Chocolate House can offer chocolate making events for your guests from team building, courses, birthday parties (including mixed age groups), hen parties, chocolate tasting experiences and workshops. Learn about chocolate and how to temper it. You will be creating a giant chocolate slab and decorating with an assortment of toppings. Chocolate is available to purchase or order and the workshop lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours. There is a minimum booking of 10 needed. We can cater to dairy, gluten free and vegan.
In addition to the activities we can offer at Wivenhoe House we can also work with Colchester Zoo to create a bespoke package including an overnight stay, meetings or dining at Wivenhoe House. At Colchester Zoo the team can choose from a range of activities including;
- Animal Detective Squad – Work together to solve a beastly murder mystery
- Enrichment Exercise ‘Creations for Creatures’ – Race to design and build a device to test an animal’s skills
- Treasure Quest – Work together to solve riddles, face challenges and race to complete the quest!
- Animal Training and Communication – Learn the secrets and take the animal training challenge!

WHERE WE AREfind us, however you travel
Whether approaching Wivenhoe House from London and the South or Ipswich and the North via the A12, take the exit marked Colchester (A133). Follow the A133 towards Clacton, ignore the entrance to the Knowledge Gateway, continue along the A133 then take the B1028 for Wivenhoe before turning right into Boundary Road, then right again into Park Road. The entrance for Wivenhoe House is shared with the University of Essex but Park Road leads you through Wivenhoe Park and you will be able to see the glorious house from the road.For Sat Nav please use CO7 9HT and then follow signage to Wivenhoe House. Please note, some Sat Navs may direct you to the wrong side of Wivenhoe Park so please check our PDF Map

Colchester station, Colchester Town station, Wivenhoe station and Hythe stations are all between 10-15 minutes from Wivenhoe House by car. Trains run between London (Liverpool Street) and Colchester station every 10-20 minutes. The journey takes around an hour. Also connect with Colchester from Norwich, Ipswich, Felixstowe & Harwich. Some trains from London (Liverpool Street) also stop at Wivenhoe Station. When travelling from the Clacton/Walton direction, alight at Wivenhoe or Hythe Stations.
Stansted airport is approximately 45 minutes from Wivenhoe House by car. Helicopter pad coordinates are 603200/223900.
